Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Sales Manager for the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Mid-Market sellers, developing customized sales strategies for the Nordics Markets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Mid-Market segment
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Executives while providing mentorship and performance evaluations to the team
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Sales with at least 3 years in a management role
- Proven track record of success in sales management
- Experience in leading and coaching through value-driven sales cycles
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders
- Motivated to challenge traditional sales models and optimize sales processes
