A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and grow revenue in existing enterprise accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with customer success and renewals teams to reduce churn and maximize product adoption
- Provide insights to enhance product roadmap and ensure successful execution of customer expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
- 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven experience working with global teams
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and O365
- Strong knowledge of business processes and mobile business applications
