Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to support onboarding and enablement operations during a temporary leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute onboarding programs for new hires across North America and EMEA sales teams
- Manage logistics, scheduling, and internal communications for regional onboarding cohorts
- Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and collaborate with Sales Managers and regional peers for seamless program execution
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, project coordination, or sales enablement roles
- Familiarity with sales team dynamics, preferably in high-growth tech or media environments
- Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Confluence/JIRA, and onboarding platforms
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with global stakeholders
- Experience managing programs in a cross-functional and remote-first environment is preferred
