Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close net new business across target markets
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and high-value customer accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and deliver value
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
- Experience in IaaS/PaaS preferred
- Proven experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
- Relationship management experience with the ability to collect and communicate customer feedback
- Self-starter who works well independently
