Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Excellence Platforms Enablement Manager to lead the enablement and field adoption of Go-To-Market tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive platform enablement and adoption across pre-sales and post-sales GTM teams
• Own the field enablement strategy for AI and learning tools, ensuring effective skill development
• Identify workflow friction points and implement streamlined, tool-based solutions for GTM processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems Enablement in a high-growth SaaS company
• Proven success in enabling platform adoption across global GTM organizations
• Deep knowledge of core GTM platforms like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
• Strong process mindset with the ability to align systems to business outcomes
• Experience in delivering scalable enablement programs and cross-functional collaboration
