Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with medium to large accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-4 years of related experience in software sales with a track record of meeting sales targets
- Solid understanding of industrial automation technologies and solutions
- Exposure to programming and/or database experience
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
