Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of member acquisition and enrollment efforts across various channels
- Develop and execute targeted initiatives to increase engagement and optimize conversion and retention rates
- Build and lead a high-performing team while defining and tracking KPIs to monitor performance
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end enrollment strategy, preferably in high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of provider partnerships and patient engagement strategies
- Experience in B2B2C/D2C healthcare models and data analytics for decision-making
- Proven success in scaling a lean company from $XM to $XXM+ in revenue
- Commitment to improving maternal health outcomes for underserved communities
