Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute the global Partner Operations strategy to enhance Global Partner Sales performance
- Lead a team to streamline partner processes and drive operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, with 8+ years in a relevant role
- At least 4+ years of team management experience, including career coaching and development planning
- Experience in a high-growth software or SaaS business
- Proven success in Partner Operations or Sales Operations
- Bachelor's degree in business, quantitative, or technology discipline; MBA preferred
