A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Strategy Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, evaluate, and refine incentive compensation plans to align with business strategy
- Conduct market research and collaborate with leaders to ensure compensation plans drive performance
- Build performance dashboards and provide analytics to evaluate compensation plan effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's or CCP certification a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in compensation design, preferably in B2B or scientific/technical industries
- Expertise in incentive compensation strategy and modeling
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in compensation
