SLED Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SLED Area Proposal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development and strategy for the SLED business, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams
• Provide consultation and leadership on proposal content and procedures, while advising on team direction and growth
• Conduct peer reviews of proposals and contribute to performance analytics and special projects

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in developing value-based RFx responses
• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; APMP, PMP, or Shipley certifications are desirable
• Significant experience with public and/or private sector proposals and service selling
• Experience with E-Sourcing platforms such as Ariba, Emptoris, or Coupa
• Understanding of SLED sourcing motions and contract vehicles preferred
