Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence and strategic initiatives across the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends and provide recommendations to leadership
- Lead pipeline analysis, quota modeling, territory design, and headcount planning
- Evaluate and streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency across the sales funnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 4-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM; certification is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Experience with sales planning tools (e.g., Clari, Anaplan) is preferred
