Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strategic plan for managing all field content
• Oversee the creation and organization of learning materials within the Learning Management System
• Design field-facing learning experiences to enhance the sales team's skills and product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, English, Visual Design, Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Sales Enablement, particularly with enterprise-level clients
• Proven creativity in developing engaging learning solutions for adult learners in a sales context
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality resources
• Strong critical thinking skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
