Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Call Center Sales Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Delivery Portfolio Managers to drive performance and growth for clients
- Design and implement strategic visions to enhance sales growth and compliance in Medicare sales activities
- Foster a culture of excellence and employee engagement, while coordinating with executive leadership on strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience managing a large inside-sales function (200+ team members)
- 5+ years of experience in Medicare/Marketplace sales or operations
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry compliance regulations, particularly within Medicare and Marketplace
- Experience with telephony solutions and Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Power BI
