Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new business opportunities in target markets
- Serve as the primary contact for high-value customer accounts and maintain regular communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an account executive, account manager, or customer success manager for a technical product
- Experience in IaaS/PaaS or SaaS preferred
- Proven experience in onboarding and customer success pipelines
- Relationship management experience with the ability to gather and communicate customer feedback
- Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
