Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the full product suite, including expense management tools
- Guide new leads through onboarding, ensuring smooth feature adoption and implementation of best practices
- Manage a structured sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM with attention to detail and conversion tracking
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales onboarding or account executive role, ideally within SaaS or FinTech
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software and systems
- Surface-level knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gong, and Google Drive
- Ability to work during EMEA hours in a remote setting
