Key Responsibilities
- Lead GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment as part of the GTM Plan to Pay process
- Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance, People, and Compensation stakeholders
- Manage the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program in partnership with GTM Leadership
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
- Experience with compensation design in SaaS or high-growth enterprise environments
- High professionalism and ability to build relationships with senior leaders
- Strong analytical skills to assess risks and make data-driven decisions
