Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative to drive new opportunities for their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 150+ dials a day and exceed activity goals to create a new monthly pipeline
- Build and run multiple outreach campaigns for outbound leads and qualify top leads for appointments
- Work with Sales leadership to refine and improve sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Previous SaaS Sales Development experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with popular sales tools such as Salesforce and ZoomInfo is a plus
- Organized and highly self-motivated with a drive for success
- A desire to promote and move into sales roles
