Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producing Branch Manager or team lead with active state NMLS
• Licensed in one or more of the states where opportunities are available
• Experience in recruiting and leading originators
• Desire to work within a growth-oriented platform with competitive pricing
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations
