A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of Partner Development Managers to achieve channel pipeline and revenue targets
  • Directly manage high-priority partners while overseeing team performance and engagement strategies
  • Analyze partner performance and implement improvement plans to enhance partner programs
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in channel sales, partner development, or business development, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in acquiring and growing revenue-generating partnerships in a SaaS environment
  • Experience using CRM, PRM, and Partner Account Mapping systems
  • Highly organized with a focus on execution and outcomes
  • Comfortable operating both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
