Deal Desk Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to support its Global Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for quoting, pricing, deal flow, and order processing
• Proactively manage assigned quote approval requests and guide sales on complex deal structures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient processing of agreements and transactions

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Review, or a similar role in the software industry
• Knowledge of pricing and revenue recognition principles
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools
• High computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with SFDC, CPQ, CLM, and DocuSign is a plus
