A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage key enablement programs end-to-end, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
- Own and execute new hire training operations, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communications
- Develop internal communications to keep GTM teams informed and track program adoption and impact
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, project management, learning & development, or a similar field
- Strong organizational and program management skills
- Experience building and maintaining knowledge repositories or learning management systems
- Ability to work cross-functionally with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Proactive and adaptable in fast-growing environments
