Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the consulting division, identifying market trends and opportunities
- Build and lead a sales team, driving business development initiatives and nurturing key stakeholder relationships
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking key performance indicators
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in consulting with a proven track record of business development
- Experience in growing and leading commercial business divisions in consulting or technology-driven organizations
- Deep understanding of Oracle technologies and licensing experience
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and performance reporting
