Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives across the revenue organization, evaluating and implementing critical tools and technologies
- Design and drive a holistic, data-driven pipeline growth strategy to maximize customer reach and revenue potential
- Collaborate with senior leadership to operationalize go-to-market strategies, improving sales productivity and conversion efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting, sales operations, or strategy & operations role at a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical proficiency, with experience in Excel, G-Sheets, and SQL
- Experience maintaining a modern sales tech stack, including Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Deep knowledge of demand funnel metrics and pipeline operations across all segments
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, and execution
