A company is looking for an AVP, Sales - DAS & MIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the presales team for DAS & MIS product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Develop strategic plans and collaborate with sales teams to create winning proposals and solutions
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team while driving significant sales opportunities to closure
Required Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in business or computer science
- 15 years of experience in Presales, Overlay, and/or Solution Sales
- 10+ years managing Presales/Solution Engineering Teams in large platform/SaaS organizations ($3B+)
- Strong knowledge of non-human identities (NHIs), service accounts, API keys, or OAuth tokens
- Exceptional leadership skills to develop and motivate staff to excellence
