Key Responsibilities

• Support customer needs by collaborating with Sales associates to identify suitable products and solutions
• Deliver personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders
• Coordinate deliveries and address customer inquiries via sales calls

Required Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell
• Proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs and make timely decisions
• General digital literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes
