A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to generate sales-ready qualified leads and set appointments for the sales team
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers to qualify leads and set appointments
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects while leveraging CRM tools for prospecting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Software/SaaS Business Development or related experience
- Understanding of the IT industry with experience prospecting to IT decision makers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web conferencing tools, and CRM or sales management tools
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong desire to stay updated on technology trends and best practices
