Key Responsibilities
- Drive complex sales cycles and operate in a team selling environment
- Initiate and manage sales processes for Workday Financial products, including negotiations and closing plans
- Develop long-standing relationships with prospective customers at the executive level
Required Qualifications
- ~8+ years of professional experience in software sales, particularly in a team environment
- ~5+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based ERP or Financial solutions to C-level executives
- ~5+ years of experience working within finance or with finance executives
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and conduct consultative selling
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate customer and pipeline data
