Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set, monitor, and adjust global sales revenue and headcount plans in collaboration with regional strategy teams
- Drive the global sales forecasting process and manage insights and analysis on sales performance
- Present plans and performance metrics to C-suite and sales leadership while managing a small analyst team
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, GTM, or related roles, preferably in a global organization
- Prior experience managing a team is preferable but not essential
- Data-driven mindset focused on measuring and improving outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable using GSheets, Anaplan, Looker, and Google Slides regularly
