Senior Specialty Lines Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialty Lines Distribution Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with broker partners to increase quality submissions and drive revenue
• Drive quote-to-bind velocity by aligning broker opportunities with underwriting appetite and optimizing conversion rates
• Lead onboarding of new broker partners and track performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in specialty insurance (distribution, broking, or underwriting) with knowledge of D&O, EPLI, E&O, Cyber, and related products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven ability to drive sales outcomes through external partner relationships
• Experience working across underwriting, product, and sales teams in a high-growth environment
• Self-starter with a builder's mindset and focus on continuous improvement
