Job Summary
A company is looking for a Logistics Sales & Business Development Manager to expand its 3rd party logistics business.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow 3PL revenue by selling cold-chain frozen fulfillment solutions to DTC companies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects while nurturing existing accounts
- Develop sales strategies and lead the sales effort, including presentations and proposals
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, ideally in 3PL services
- Curiosity and flexibility to identify the right leads and customer requirements
- Problem-solving capabilities for building out 3PL services
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible approach
