Key Responsibilities
- Engage and cultivate relationships with strategic accounts to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute account plans, leveraging existing relationships to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead and coach account managers, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 10 years of selling experience, with 5 years managing large customers in a B2B environment
- 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Demonstrated success in client management and building strong relationships
- High level of comfort in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment
