Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with strategic accounts to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute account plans, leveraging existing relationships to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead and coach account managers, fostering collaboration and maintaining strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 10 years of selling experience, with 5 years managing large customers in a B2B environment
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Demonstrated success in client management and building strong relationships
  • High level of comfort in a technology-driven, fast-paced environment
