Job Summary
A company is looking for an Eastern Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in the Eastern US.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead independent manufacturers' representatives to achieve sales targets and grow wholesale customers
- Develop account planning with major customers and participate in corporate sales strategy development
- Supervise sales in the assigned territory and provide post-sales support to customers and representatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional management role with rep management experience
- Experience in the Commercial and Residential lighting industry is essential
- Experience in the Multi-Family / Multi-Tenant building industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combined education and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required
