A company is looking for an HR Sales Executive - Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop prospects through curated lists and business development activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as CPAs and Financial Advisors
- Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed sales quotas and utilize Salesforce CRM for reporting and management
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) HR consulting sales experience required
- 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment
- Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
