Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience for new sales hires
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare revenue teams for product launches and messaging updates
- Develop and manage ongoing training programs to address skill gaps and support business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading Enablement training functions in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and training best practices
- Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise sales motions
- Familiarity with enablement tools such as Mindtickle, Chorus, and Salesforce
- Familiarity with developer tools and audiences, such as containerization and DevOps
