Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders from entry through punch list and closure
- Support sales teams with proposals and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams
- Review client specifications and manage project timelines and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contract furniture or project coordination roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
- Ability to read architectural plans and interpret technical drawings
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
- Experience with ERP tools and known office furniture brands is preferred
