Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of District Sales Managers and Account Executives to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Develop customized solutions for restaurants by understanding their unique needs and market dynamics
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of team members through coaching and performance management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Fluency in Spanish for coaching and communication with prospects
- Proven ability in strategic and hands-on execution levels
- Experience in building and scaling sales in emerging markets or new product categories
- Proficiency in sales funnel management and data-driven decision making
