Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst (Retention) to perform sales operations functions for renewing business and act as a liaison between teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end client renewal transactions across all product lines and compliance legislations
- Communicate information regarding the renewal experience and maintain tracking of status and deliverables
- Participate in root cause analysis of issues related to renewals and support projects related to optional services
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Associate's degree in a related field preferred or at least one year of related experience
- Previous sales operations or benefit service experience preferred
- Knowledge of systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and SFDC applications
- General knowledge of insurance products and procedures for the sales operations/sales support functional area is desired
- Prior experience working with matrix partners and external customers is preferred
