A company is looking for a Sales Director - Customer Workflows (Retail).
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies, engage in territory planning, and support Field Sales Teams in closing opportunities
- Manage sales forecasts, achieve annual sales goals, and foster relationships with various stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience in selling to or managing a team in the Retail vertical
- Proven track record of new business sales success, particularly at the C-level
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills for financial planning and quota achievement
- Experience in recruiting, coaching, and managing a successful sales team
- Ability to build long-term strategic relationships and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
