Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement to lead initiatives in Launch & Program Readiness, Content Readiness, Process Optimization, and Enablement Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute frameworks for field and partner readiness aligned to product launches
- Lead the creation of global content readiness strategies and manage a team to produce compelling content
- Define and implement enablement processes and optimize training platforms for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement or Sales Enablement within the SaaS or networking space
- Proven success in leading enablement strategies across content and launch execution
- Experience in building global content programs for internal and partner audiences
- Strong understanding of go-to-market tech stacks including Salesforce and analytics tools
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers
