Key Responsibilities
- Promote retirement benefit access to SMB owners through a consultative sales approach
- Manage a sales pipeline of over 50 leads, ensuring updates throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct sales demos and monitor personal sales performance while suggesting improvements
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with VP, C-levels, or owners within an organization
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and create corrective plans when necessary
- Background in financial services
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Talkdesk, Calendly, and Alysio
- Ideas and experience in generating new leads and managing sales pipelines
