A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Business Development Representatives by setting goals, coaching, and enforcing productivity standards
- Design and implement prospect outreach strategies using various tools, including Salesforce.com
- Optimize lead handoff processes and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to enhance the business development funnel
Required Qualifications
- Preferred: College degree
- Required: 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales, with at least 1 year in a management role at the B2B level
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales enablement software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple high-priority projects
