Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading SDRs/BDRs in outbound sales (B2B/SaaS/EdTech preferred)
- Experience working with Catholic Schools and/or Catholic Parishes is a plus
- Strong coaching skills to develop representatives into top performers
- Creative approach to prospecting and testing bold outreach strategies
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing metrics and processes
