Key Responsibilities
- Own the relationship with strategic partners from post-signature through activation, pipeline development, and revenue impact
- Lead activation efforts including relationship building, joint marketing, sales enablement, and integration launches
- Drive go-to-market execution ensuring alignment between sales and marketing teams for partner-generated opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, or ecosystem go-to-market roles, preferably in HR tech
- Proven experience in activating high-touch partnerships and driving pipeline and revenue
- Self-starter with a strong ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments
- Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams with various stakeholders
- Experience communicating persuasively with both partners and internal executives
