Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives to maximize growth in the B2B Enterprise segment

- Drive talent acquisition and development strategies to build a high-performing sales organization
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRMs, and sales/marketing automation tools
- Experience in hiring and leading sales or account management teams
