Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute territory development plans
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
- Implement outbound calling programs and support marketing activities to generate demand
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of Sales Development Leadership Experience in the Software/Technology space or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (4 years)
- 1+ years of experience analyzing data and developing sales prospecting execution plans
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members effectively
- Experience in developing a prospect pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
