Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and stakeholders to develop resource plans and performance metrics
- Create and manage operational processes, including territory planning and target setting
- Provide insights on key performance metrics and support the annual planning process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis or operations, or related fields such as investment banking or management consulting
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex business problems
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Excel, and BI Visualization tools like Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to support high-performing teams and foster collaboration
- Proven experience in presenting complex concepts to senior leadership
