- 5+ years in Sales Operations leadership, focusing on strategy and operational infrastructure
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence while adapting to evolving business needs
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, supporting both mid-market and enterprise motions
- Experience optimizing Salesforce for data hygiene and pipeline visibility
