A company is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to support their Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on sales performance and quota attainment, building dashboards to monitor key metrics
- Implement AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and automate repetitive tasks
- Manage data hygiene and acquisition processes, ensuring accurate lead/account data and optimizing lead flow across teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in a SaaS or high-growth B2B environment
- Strong command of CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, and familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Solid understanding of quota planning, sales pipelines, and reporting best practices
- Experience with data tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms like Looker
- Enthusiasm for using AI and automation tools to streamline revenue processes
