Key Responsibilities

• Utilize phone and email to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads
• Prospect and educate leads to create sales-ready opportunities for the sales team
• Maintain industry knowledge and develop daily plans to maximize outreach efforts

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role
• Experience prospecting in the insurance industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• Knowledge of property and casualty industry is a plus
