- Proven success as a CRO or senior revenue leader in high-growth AI-first enterprise software
- Experience in upgrading sales processes from transactional to strategic selling
- Strong track record in building and leading global Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps teams
- Interest in leveraging AI to enhance productivity in customer-facing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with 100%+ YoY scaling
